Lead by example… help move the insurance restoration industry from the current aura of distrust/distain between the Insured, their insurance company and restoration contractors to where it needs to be – full transparency and collaboration. We will do this by:
1. Focus on whatever is important to the most important stakeholder – the Insured. Treat each project as if it happened to us … what would we do if we were in their shoes, but had our skill-sets?
2. Engage the insurance company from the onset of the project and encourage them to fully participate in the recovery/claims process by providing accurate and real-time data of actual site conditions.
3. Offer all known recovery options to the affected stakeholders so that they have the adequate information to make informed and timely business decisions… even if the options don’t include our participation or monetary gain.
